When Germany's Equal Treatment Act was passed, a new instrument has been created for those doing antidiscrimination work. Since then civil society and non-govermental actors have had juridical means to fight for justice and their vision of a better society. In my research I am interested in the various uses of law that reflect law as a new possibility of thinking about the future.
