Research Assistant in sub-project B: “Overcoming borders. Legal categorisation of gender, ‘race’ and class in transnational labor conflicts”
Chair of Civil Law, European and German Employment Law as well as Civil Procedure Law at the European University Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder)
I am a sociologist who researches how migrant workers organize in informal collectives and mobilize for their rights within the labour movement in Berlin. Together with legal scholars in this project, I examine from a feminist perspective the idea of collectivity embedded in laws, and the impact it has on different labour rights struggles.
